whaa! wait, i missed out!! i've been busy too and haven't been keeping up! i feel like i've let you and all those cream of chicken soup fans down. i'm back, i'm pepped, i'm ready to make some cream of chicken soup! except that as i write this, it is about 85 degrees and disgustingly humid, and the thought of cream of chicken soup makes me want to lie down and groan. maybe you're right about tabling it.
what about summer cream of chicken soup? chilled, with cucumbers and stuff? is that totally disgusting? i'm going to experiment.
ps - i made a sweet potato/chicken chili from the whole foods cookbook recently that wasn't half bad. but no cream was involved.
